Pacific Mission Aviation flies from Yap to Palau every week and also to the neighbouring Ulithi Atoll. Pacific Mission Aviation also flies from Yap to the islands of Fais and Woleai on an on-demand basis.

Pacific Mission Aviation is an FAA certified flying service and flies the island routes with two Beechcraft King Airs, two Beechcraft Queen Airs and one Britten-Norman Islander (all twin-engine aircraft).
